How do I find the HP printer assistant & Install HP Assistant?

If you are double-click the printer icon on the desktop to open HP Printer Assistant. Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click your printer in the list of results to open HP Printer Assistant. If you can't find HP Printer Assistant download and install the full feature driver for your printer on your computer.

Step 1: Reconnect the printer

Click Connect a new printer.
Select the connection type when prompted, and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up the printer. note: ...
Turn off the printer, and then restart your computer.
Turn on the printer, and then open HP Printer Assistant.
